This notice covers the Paanik Hand & Research Center website, run by Paanik Hand and Research Center Pvt. Ltd.. The centre has premises at Hattigauda and Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

What you send us

The consultation form asks for your name, your phone number, the reason you are getting in touch, and a description of the problem. It also lets you add your email address and X-ray, MRI or discharge summary files.

This is health information, so send only what we need to advise you. The form never asks for payment details or identity numbers.

How we use it

We use it to contact you and arrange care. Each request is emailed to the centre, and a copy is kept in the website’s database so that no request is lost.

Who else can see it

Requests sit on the website’s hosting server and travel by email through the site’s mail provider. We do not sell your information.

Third-party services on this site

Fonts and icons are served from this website itself, so browsing the site sends nothing to Google. The contact page embeds two Google Maps, so Google receives your IP address when that page loads. The video on the hand emergency page loads from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play; the video links on the teaching and outreach page open YouTube only if you click them.
